The black steel ball sits securely on its low cast iron stand, providing the best view of the blazing fire, which burns continuously for up to two hours without refilling when using pellets.
The flames from the primary and secondary combustion join together just below the opening to form a warming unit, making MOON the ideal lounge companion on its low stand, also in urban environments.
Smokeless fire
MOON sets new standards with its wood gasification technology. Rising wood particles are burnt in a second combustion stage, so there is virtually no smoke. This means no unpleasant odours and no complaints from the neighbours!
Pellets or wood?
MOON is the first höfats fire basket that can do both! You can either heat MOON with firewood for that traditional campfire feeling or you can choose pellets to keep the fire basket burning for up to two hours without interruption, smoke-free and without refuelling.
